Before going to sleep

Offices, roads, restaurants, shops, part-time jobs,
To concentrate some more moments for the family,
Like a moron, aimless, insane, hothead.

Before going to sleep
These reckoning, accounts, paper-works
Unreasonable request of Ishika
Sometimes bedtime tales of the forefathers
Conflicts of daily unquenchable deprivation of life
Unaccustomed, wayward desires of the husband.
All these flash into mind.

Before going to sleep, I am dejected
I feel torture-wrecked
Before sleep you yawn of economic depression
You feel satisfaction for a while
In exquisite posture make your household
More worthy living
Furniture, beds, drapers
Multicoloured sari on your dress-stand.
Still I could not reckon with those things perfectly.
Before going to sleep my pains swing in youthful gesture.
